If required there is a boat builder and chandlery on the East Wharf. During the Summer, buses run from outside the Ship Inn to St. Austell every half-hour.

Rubbish can be put in the green skips provided - see harbour staff.
Waste engine oil can be poured into the tank provided for this service - see harbour staff.
The harbour does not have facilities to accept sewage from slop tanks and would request all visiting boats to use their holding tanks until clear of the harbour.

Charges:
Short visit £2.00 - pay at the car park and receive a parking ticket - car park ticket machines are near the aquarium and on the car park on the south (light-house) pier - up to 2 hours.
Overnight:- All visiting boats £12.00
The harbour also runs the Marine Aquarium housed in what was originally as the RNLI boat house. Here at very small cost can be seen a good selection of locally caught fish. This is FREE OF CHARGE, but donations are welcome.
